Account Management

A Corporate Account Representative and a Dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to each client who will oversee every aspect of the account and provide personalized service every step of the way.

Corporate Account Representative 

  • Serves as the main point of contact for corporate representatives

Dedicated Account Manager
  • Main point of contact for all store managers
  • Owns the account
  • Works directly with operational staff and management to coordinate service
  • Available 24 hours a day by cell phone or email
  • In charge of all quality assurance and quality control programs

In addition to our account management staff, we also utilize Area Managers and Supervisors to directly oversee all aspects of operations. Our management structure ensures that we are able to guarantee to our clients that their business is the first priority of their account team. We strive to continually provide the most dedicated service in every situation that may arise.
